*holds up larxikas for rumors*
Rumour has it that, before they first left the Azim Steppe, the young Larxikas buried something in secret, with a plan to retrieve it at a later date.
Some say that, as a child, they discovered a mysterious Allagan artifact within the House of the Crooked Coin. An artifact which, when manipulated correctly, might lead one to mastery over an army of metal constructs beneath The Burn.
A smaller group believe Larxikas came into possession of a piece of armour once belonging to the legendary hero of the Steppe - Bardam himself. One claimed it was an enchanted bracer of garula leather, but most were sure that it was a scrap of fabric, tattered and worn, yet still imbued with a wild aetheric energy.
At least one person is certain that the young Larxikas stole a sacred treasure from the Matanga, supposedly a scrimshawed tusk inlaid with gold and jade. Fearing the consequences of such an audacious theft they buried it near their childhood home before fleeing to the West...
All are agreed that, whatever this secret may have been, Larxikas retrieved it during the liberation of Doma for purposes unknown, but almost certainly both dubious and unwise.
Of course, such foolish rumours are likely the result of overactive imaginations and excessive drinking...
