They dont have Aelynn's/Eve's actual genetic conscious pain resistance, that was a mutation that came from Solitaire's side

But i think just due to the upbringing, despite none of it being combat-oriented, they got used to pushing past a lot of pain and physical limitations

But i think if she gets injured now, she hides it. Both because of her superiority issues/cant appear weak but also because they're just used to hiding it

She'll play things up in the moment for dramatics/to change how something is going. Like if someone was trying to start a fight with her, she'd pretend to crumple on the first hit if she thinks they're not the type to hit when someone is down

But say if she fractured her leg by tripping down some stairs, she would literally do everything in their power to prevent anyone from finding out even if it involved absolutely insane workarounds and lies
