Stone dials in 4-digit refs aren’t only way rarer, it is also technically more interesting. Due to the thickness of the dial it is not possible to put it in a different Datejust. Thus this whole watch has a slightly different construction to fit it, making it also impossible to equip it with a regular pie-pan dial.
