I can’t help a cringe when someone suggests exfoliating flaky lips with a toothbrush — ouch! I use a hot, squeezed-out wet washcloth instead and buff gently until smooth, then apply a soothing layer of lanolin. One of my faves is, of course, @lanolips Multipurpose Balm.
