Yeah its pretty dumb, and I think a bad decision made by KANG
sampling alien stages songs isn't allowed which is fucking dumb and I see no reason why any of this is being enforced.
I do not agree with reaction contents revenue going to them, it is free content on youtube and therefore should be free to react to without consequence especially if the reaction is transformative like a theory for example and i feel like this is going to discourage people from talking about it on youtube because they will not be able to make money off of it.
I do agree with not allowing ai instrumentals of their songs, but pretty much the rest of the terms are just stupid. anywho lets continue
The new terms are just fucking awful and I feel like will be really bad, but of course nobody is paying attention because of "mizi selfcest" Sure the art is cool but we have bigger fish in the net! And I feel like they may charge for using their content based off of how it is being phrased with sending them emails.
