“Hey Jasper, wanna see something rad?” There was an extra emphasis put on the last word, a mocking tone to his voice, but his words were friendly enough. Feet were promptly kicked up on the mess hall table, the smug look on his face faltering slightly as he began to wobble a bit, suddenly worrying about losing his balance and looking like a complete loser in front of not only the coolest person here, but the only kid who gave enough of a damn to actually pay him any attention.
Thankfully, he managed to stabilize himself before such an accident occurred, and without waiting for an answer, he procured an unopened package of bubble tape from his pocket. He waved it around in the air for only a moment before opening the package, removing the large roll of bubblegum entirely and taking a large bite out of the roll, chewing for a few moments and blowing the biggest bubble he was capable of.
