One week in
So I’ve got the first week of 2017 out of the way and I’m still waiting on my business cards and I’m not signed yet. My overall goal on my vision board is to be signed as a print/commercial model for an agency by March 31st.
Why so soon? Because a lot is goin on in March. My birthday and LAfW which is my secondary goal to walk in. If I can accomplish both of these, I’ll feel like I hit the lottery. They’ll be my best birthday gifts ever. Don’t want to go another year on the hunt for agencies. I’m at the place where enough is enough. I changed my look and am a traveling model with two residences. That and I’m no spring chicken.
It felt so good to see America’s next top model last night with the age limit lifted. Tyra added an extra model who was in her 40’s and I wanted to cry. She put off her dream because she had kids and I could relate-not to the kids part but to a dream deferred.
