continuing the modern sofubi line, what about something more round and with soft edges... a humanoid character

Firstly sorry for not updating. My home computer has borked it... or moreso, it's on the way out.

Secondly due to my computer borking it, i've had to postpone the project until I get a working computer.

Thirdly, I can't do PD at work anymore. I am flooded with marking so again, the project will have to wait.

IT'S... ALIVE!!!

I managed to get the facial morphs working! ok well to be more precise I got the morphs mirroring. This is awesome :D I'm so happy!

I know I should be working on the bones and actually follow my workflow but this was interesting... and now it's worked out :D

Mouth controls done! Well... the placements are done. Not the actual mouth movement. Anyway back to it. Just a quick update. Also looking at getting a newer bike to ride to work on. :D yay! 

LadyMax is turning out to be a challenge. I love challenges.

So with LadyMax (name pending) I've found that squash and stretch bones spaz out when you rotate them a certain way. This might be because of many things: small rig (it's not that I checked) or it could be because of Gimbal Locking or just that 3ds Max is indeed 3ds Max. I'm not entirely sure.

So squash and stretch bones are now a desirable. We'll see how we go. IKFK switching and snapping are still on the list of deliverables but they're a little up in the air. Bendy limbs are desirables but it's looking more and more that I might be able to just make them while doing the IKFK switching. :D :D

Other things like FootRolls and facial morphs are all on the deliverables even though it might take me a while refining the process.

I'm having problems here and there but it's turning out ok so far. I'll update as I go.
