I was super excited about today’s smoothie because I love the ingredients! I did a Peanut Butter Banana smoothie that was onnn point!😋 🍌🥜 Ingredients: 1 ripe Banana 2 tbsp Peanut Butter 1/2 Cup Yogurt (I used Vanilla greek yogurt) 1 Cup Milk of Choice (I used skim) 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed 1 tsp Brewer’s Yeast *A recipe calls for honey or a sweetener but I didn’t use one and I don’t think it needs it!
