Mostly just because Crownslayer as an Operator has this big thing about being the "Sword of Damocles":
But also her E2 and two of her skills shows her blade standing on it's tip pointing more or less straight down. The theme also just being very fitting. A blade that kills a ruler who neglects their responsibility.
So next Siracusa event if Irene does become a Tyrant: Crownslayer comes to kill her as she promised she would but doesn't want to kill someone she's so close to. Irene too realizes what she's done when she sees Crownslayer and doesn't put up a fight. When Crownslayer holds the blade to her throat and demands an explanation, Irene has no excuses and just says the one thing on her mind in that moment:
