‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎HESITAITON and wariness was evident in her eyes the moment he spoke. Even if she was relieved to see Geto alive and well in front of her, Ryo felt there could be something behind it, or something within her father figure that changed drastically. Ever since that one particular horrific event that might have split them up for years, Ryo had been wondering why would Geto do such a thing, given how he was considered an ally to the sorcery world (or so she thought). Perhaps she was too naive to understand the whole situation, or she did not really see the bigger picture of the entire situation back then.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎T‎HE fact they have crossed paths out of nowhere and finally reunited after years, Ryo was unsure if she wanted to join Geto with whatever he wanted. But then again, maybe she could try and talk to him, in hopes of getting on his good side like before.

     OLIVE green eyes looked at the man before her, worry evident in them. Given the predicament she was in, which what seemed to be hired men sent to capture her, Ryo knew what Suguru was capable of doing to them after their attempt to corner her. Despite both of them possessing similiar abilties, the older man was more... chaotic in using his cursed summons towards an enemy; he was a little unhinged when it came to it.

     THE fact she had witnessed what Suguru could do, proved a lot in her expression.

   "What are you planning to do--" The moment she asked that, one of the curses he summoned wrapped itself around Ryo protectively A request made by the other to ensure her safety and away from harm's grasp. As the dragon-looking curse turned her away from the slaughter that was well under way, Ryo shut her eyes and looked away as she heard the faint sounds of screaming and bullets firing off at the creatures Suguru might have summoned from underneath the dragon curse's figure.

     PERHAPS it was an uncanny coincidence for them to cross paths yet again, or it could be her playing into fate’s hands. Ever since their last encounter, the young summoner had grown curious of the other’s presence, wanting to clear the unanswered questions that clouded her mind. But the more she thought of him, the more questions bugged Ryo’s mind -- she felt there was more to this meeting. Hence, why she decided to find him with the aid of her summons, by herself. 

     WAS there really a sense of familiarity between the two as her feelings would claim?

     OLIVE green eyes looked down at the hand he offered, before she lifted her gaze at his. Although there was a hint of wariness in her eyes, Ryo approached the man with pressed lips and despite the hesitation she had, decided to take a hold of his hand. With a gentle grip on his hand, Ryo began to feel a wave of calmness and...nostalgia? It was a feeling she had never felt before ever since she returned, let alone someone she had only met not too long ago. Her gaze locked onto his as her mouth opened slightly, ready to utter something out.

     IT reminded her of a memory once upon a time, where she was an innocent child trying to understand the world around her and the power she possessed. It reminded her of a past where she still had her family together. It reminded her of someone she once saw as a father figure; someone she thought she had lost along with her family and clan. It reminded her of a simple word that came out from her lips when she was younger.

     THE fact she was well aware of that statement alone was what made Ryo take a step back from the curse he had as it inched closer to her. The young summoner kept her gaze at the older man. Who was he, and why was he here? Were they seeking to put an end to the same demonic entity? Hell, what was his summons doing to her to make her back off? Were they an enemy as well, or was he trying to protect her? All those questions clouded her mind, which she was able to snap herself back into the situation at hand after she shook her head.

     WITH a potential demonic threat in their location (maybe two given the presence of the man), Ryo’s summons were quick to come out to her aid. A huge black wolf that was twice the size of her, appeared beside her and took a step forward, as it bared its fangs towards the curse. “You’re not with the demon, are you?” Ryo asked, noting how the huge wolf was ready to pounce on the curse if it harmed her. Why does he look...familiar? 

     A small hum left her lips, her head tilted to the side out of curiosity. It was one of those stories the older man had told her, and despite her young age and her upbringing, a child like Ryo was naive towards the world around her. Though it begged the question of whether he was telling her something -- perhaps, something that could occur in the future. Whatever it may be, the young child usually took Geto's stories as simply fairy tales.
