Howeverrr, newborn cells, particularly neonates younger than 4 months old have Bizarre looking cells that are normal for babies at that age but would be Bad for adults.
For example their red blood cells are considerably larger on average and their white blood cells have unusual features that again are normal for them but abnormal for adults.
So the only way to really learn about it is on the job.
