POV you wanna go into the out now but SOMEONE (dad) isn't taking the Hint (cutting your eyes at him hard to see if he sees you're being Dramatic Enough rather than laughing at your brother playing ded behind you) serious enough so you sigh with great tragedy and make him feel guilty and he finally gets up and takes you into the out.

We started the month on a quick camping getaway to Lake Crescent in Northern WA. We have to find creative ways to get our dogs out of Seattle for Seafair the Blue Angels and other Air Show performers. Our poor dog, Duke, endured a tropical storm chained to a tree before he came to live with us; so loud noises that make him think of tornados trigger instant panic attacks, which have required medical intervention before. Unfortunately Mr. Bee was not able to come due to illness, but two of my kiddos were able to join me so the dog and I wouldn't be alone. They made it a Great trip. I wasn't able to paint much, but I was bale to jot this little sketch to start the month, and have so many reference pictures to do more. :)
