there's a chance she just forgot, but theres also a chance she wanted her boyfriend for herself. of course there's nothing wrong with you spending time with him but, shes his new girlfriend. she might feel threatened, even if she has no reason to. i have a friend and while his gf and i get along very well alone, she wouldnt invite me to hang with them at a party. he would invite me, but she wouldnt. i think you should give it time, maybe also ask her why she didnt text you. maybe she just forgot
Oh I knew other people at the party so I wouldn't strictly be hanging out with just them like an awkies third wheel, I just didn't want to show up alone because it's way easier to show up with people and then start mingling than it is to be on your own and have the daunting task of inserting yourself into conversations.
