Zitao was hesitant. It was evident in the way his forehead creased and eyes narrowed in contemplation. "I have grown to like you as well, and I'm not completely against the idea of wanting to get to know each other more. But...I have to think about if it goes beyond than just getting to know each other. It's...complicated."

"It’s not like you’re forbidden to see me after this. If you mean it in the literal sense that is. What exactly do you mean…?"

"I—" Zitao pursed his lips, thinking for a few moments before he spoke up again. "I’m…willing to let you. I’m just…nervous." He muttered towards the end. He never did like admitting such weak feelings, but he truly was even if he knew the man wouldn’t hurt him.
