How do you make the pretty little rainbow dividers in to the sky? I want to make my own variation too 🥺
So I went ahead and made a tutorial for you (:
1. Editing software
You're going to need a photo editing app or software. I do all of my edits on my phone so I use picsart for this. It is free but some of the fancier stuff is included in three premium version. If you're on desktop, Gimp is like photoshop and also free.
2. You need a file to start with
Here is a basic black line divider I got from the web. It's the basis for all my dividers (:
3. Add photo
Next you're going to want to add a photo. All of my dividers are actually photos of various things. You can search up photos of rainbows, ombres/gradients, sparkles, marble, etc. Just a plain image. I usually search for a wallpaper which gives me a clean plain picture to work with. Pinterest is great for this (:
5. Choose your photo
Then you select a photo and click add. For this tutorial, I'm using that pastel photo from my aesthetic folder. I have a lot of aesthetic and pretty photos saved in my phone.
6. Enlarge the photo.
Drag the little icon I have highlighted above until the edges match up with the edges of your starting template. You can zoom out to see the edges better by pinch the empty space around your photo.
7. Line everything up.
Blue lines will appear when everything is aligned both vertically and horizontally. It's hard to see on a small scale but they are a very bright blue so just move slowly and carefully. If you're new to editing, when you're enlarging the photo, extend the sides past the edges to give yourself some wiggle room. (:
8. Saving
Hit the arrow button which will take you to the save page. Select save at the bottom. Then choose your option. I always save to phone. After you've saved, hit done and that's it. You'll have an album in your gallery for Picsart and your photo will be saved there
Hopefully that helped! If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask me! (: ~𝐤.
