Hermione: So, you and Malfoy are a couple now? Huh, why isn't that nearly as surprising as it ought to be?

Draco: Really? I think it's quite surprising, we used to hate each other after all

Hermione: Yeah, I'm not sure I would call doing stupid stuff to get each other's attention "hatred"

Harry: Excuse me? I never tried to get his attention. The fact that we somehow developed positive feelings for each other is nothing short of a miracle

Hermione: I- anyway. You said you needed us for something. Although I'm afraid Ronald over here won't be much of a help

Ron: *still unconscious and on the floor*

Draco: It's about my father, he's been at the hospital for a while now and no one can figure out why. He just... faints all the time

Hermione: That's weird indeed. Alright, walk me through it, tell me everything that happened

*Harry and Draco give her a recap of the last 4 seasons*

Hermione: ...

Ron: What if he's dead?

Hermione: Oh really Ronald, he has faced Voldemort more times than he can count, there is no way he's dead

Ron: But where is he then? He's been missing for weeks! He just vanished after that strange phone call

Hermione: I don't know, maybe he-

Harry: *burst into the room* Guys, I need your help!

Ron: Mate, where have you been?! Hermione and I were worried sick! And what the hell is Malfoy doing here?

Harry: Oh, yeah, I forgot I've been gone for a while. I was at the Malfoy manor

Ron: They kidnapped you?!

Harry: I wouldn’t call it kidnapping, they simply wouldn’t let me leave for a while and once they locked me into a room but that was fine

Hermione: ...okay? And what about Malfoy? Why is he here?

Harry: Oh, yeah, Draco and I are dating

Ron: WHAT?! *faints*

*Medical machines beeping in the background*

Lucius: *groans* What happened?

Narcissa: Oh darling, you are awake again. We've all been worried sick. You fainted and been out for about three days.

Lucius: Three days?! What in the name of Salazar knocked me out like that?

Narcissa: Let's not discuss that right now.

Lucius: Fine, then let me tell you about the weird dream I had. Draco and Potter where confessing their feelings for each other. How ridiculus is that? *laughs*

Narcissa: Well... about that

Draco: Father! You are awake again! Thank Salazar, I need to tell you all abou what Harry and I've been up to those last few days.

Lucius: *sobs and faints again*

Narcissa: Damn it! Quick, doctor! Pour more of his emotinal support whiskey into his IV!

*Still in the hospital*

Draco: What do you reckon is wrong with him?

Harry: Maybe it's all the alcohol he consumed, that can't be healthy

Doctor: Mr Malfoy, it appears that your father's body is in a state of shock. We have yet to find out what caused it but for some, medically impossible reason, alcohol seems to be the only thing keeping him alive at that point

Narcissa: That's why we brought the Malfoy wine cellar with us darling

Draco: We need to find out what caused my father to end up in such a state

Harry: Don't worry, I will help you figure it out, babe

*Draco and Harry leave to start their investigation*

Bill: Should we tell them what's going on?

Draco: Potter?! What are you doing here and how much of this have you heard?

Harry: Your dad kinda kidnapped me and I'm still not allowed to leave. And I didn't hear much, only that you have it bad for some bloke *mumbles* lucky bastard

Draco: What was that last thing?

Harry: Nothing!

Narcissa: *just sipping her tea*

Harry: *shlightly pissed off* Anyway, I wish you and this "Oh so wonderful guy" all the best. Can I go now? *turns to leave*

Draco: Potter, wait! I need to talk to you about something important, could we-

*a loud crash from the wine cellar*

Harry: What the hell was that?

Draco: I have no idea, Harry. Maybe we should go and check it out?

Harry: Yeah, let's go
