Brow liner and brow mascara in the shade Happe Taupe - 275php
Thoughts about the brow liner / brow mascara:
❣️ I got the shade Happy Taupe. It's a grayish brown shade. It's my first time to try such shade but I actually liked the color. Itlooks natural and fresh on the face. Tho I feel like it's too light and gray for my skin tone. The color doesn't show much on some parts of my brows too.
❣️ The brow liner glides on very creamy yet I had a difficult time applying it on the sparse areas of my brows. (I'm really thinking it's bec of the shade or maybe it's too waxy for my oily skin idk)
❣️ The brow mascara wand is small, making it easy to work on. Tho you have to be cautious in using it bec the product is so pigmented that you might end up applying too much on your brows. (Mine became TOO light for my liking when I tried it on the first time. So hinay hinay sa swipe besh haha)
❣️ It sets easily and stays in place FOR HOURS. It didn't move even if I had a long day and even blotted twice already.
Thoughts about the lipstick:
❣️ I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE LIPSTICK. The packaging looks classy and sophisticated.
❣️ The shade Love is a red shade with blue undertone making it suitable for most skin types. I find it beautiful on my NC25-NC30 skin tone.
❣️The formula is very comfortable and hydrating even if it's matte!
❣️ The color pay off shows perfectly in one swipe.
❣️Longevity wise, it will not move and can last for HOURS as long as you do not eat and drink much. (I tried testing it during our Korean buffet lunch and it failed me. Haha)
Verdict: I am very much impressed on how this collaboration turned out. From the packing down to the formula, Kris Aquino and Ever Bilena definitely stepped up the game for local brands. Each product retails for less then 300php yet the quality can be comparable with high end products, if you will ask me. 🙂 I really hope they would release more shades! .
