{ — upon seeing her friend walking up to her (with hands behind her back), a smile creeps onto her face. as the other stopped midway through her question, it made her tilt her head to the side whilst blinking. the moment the bouquet of beautifully made paper flowers, her eyes twinkles in delight (because she knew what the following words were). a chuckle slips pass her lips as she gently takes hold of the bouquet, nodding her head. she playfully does a curtsy and smiles back at her friend. ❞ }Why, of course, my dear Naeun. I would love to. 

( ` naeun tries her hardest to remain calm, knowing that if she makes one sound or an action it'll appear rather childish. but she finds herself pumping one fist in the air a little, trying to make it not appear too obvious in the younger's eyes. hands immediately dropping to the sides, an arm slightly nudging one of dusk's in order to offer it to her. she doesn't believe in spending too much money for a date, even though this is all a playful gesture; she wants nothing more but the best for the younger. so a hand was raised, pointing to the left where the vehicle was parked before speaking. ) Hurry, to my car. I prepared something special for you and I today.

ICEBREAKERS I

Dongwoo had heard of Dusk before through a friend they had in common. However, he had never seen her in person until that day, and they recognized each other surprisingly quickly. The occasion was a party, whose host was an important CEO, and the businessman was attending it for… Well, business interests. For a moment, while they had a small talk, he wondered why she was there, until he remembered her father was someone of note.

The words that slipped past the other’s lips rang through her ears. And man, did she agree with her friend. There are some things that arebest left unspoken. Especially this past event that happened between a friend and her. She believed that it would’ve been better if there were some things that he shouldn’t have said. 

     « i agree with you. completely.      there are just several things      that should be thought over be-      fore one says something. like…      sometimes, i wonder… if some      people think before they speak      because, well, the things that      leaves their mouth are simply      stupid and ridiculous. »

She shook her head and emitted a long, audible breath filled with distressed. There were so many phrases that were forever flowing in her head, reminding of things that she liked and did not like. And frankly, most of the things should have been kept in their little heads and not shared.

{ — standing in front of the elevator, dusk reaches over to press on the button to allow them to go up. she glances over to the female that was standing by her and shot her a look as if she was saying, ‘you goin’ up too?’ and thankfully, the woman understood what she meant and nodded her head. as the metallic barriers to the elevator slides open, she quickly walks in first, waiting on the other to step in as well. dusk wasn’t one to talk to strangers so it was a rather awkward silence between them. clicking on the floor level, she looks at the ground and catches a glimpse of the doors closing. it wasn’t even halfway to the 3rd floor that the elevator suddenly halts, making her groan in frustration. ❞ }

          Are you fuckin’ kidding me right now? Ugh, obviously things like this would happen to me when I’m thinking that I’m going to have a nice day. Seriously. What a fantastic day.

{ — she mumbles under her breathe and angrily punched the emergency button several times. then she looked over at the tall female. ❞ }

          Uh, you okay? Hope you’re not goin’ anywhere ‘cuz I’m sure we’re gonna be stuck here for awhile.

{ &; she needed to visit someone important, nothing more to it; with fingers brushing along the jawline with a subtle nod in response to the other’s inquiry. she doesn’t do much speaking or create conversation, wanting to get this situation over and dealt with in order to head back home. where she truly belongs, underneath the covers and hiding for a couple more hours. when the other steps in, she followed within seconds. leaning against the metal railing, ankle crossing over another and her head tilts to one side unknowingly and a finger pressing down on the fifth floor for herself after the stranger picked her own floor.it doesn’t take too long until she notices the elevator coming to a complete halt and they barely arrived on the second floor as well. her head ducks down, laughing bitterly at how it ended and she knows this is going to be a long one. one minute can lead to another, somehow it’ll seem too, too long for her weary patience. }
