Dammit...
Kendall wiped a tear from her eye, sniffling softly as she sat on the curb of the quiet street, watching the dim lights of the post lamps dim behind the watery film of her constant tears.
Her eyes were red and puffy, and she let out a shaky sigh to try and stop herself from crying. She needed something...She didn't care what it was. A list of the various drugs scrolled down in her brain, but nothing seemed to be of use anymore. So what was it that she needed so much?
Soft memories of her boyfriend popped into her mind over and over. The way he nuzzled her nose under the sweet glare of the bright sun behind the torn curtains.
She had gone cold turkey since that day he died. All together. And dammit, she needed it now more than ever. Because she needed him.
