I am going to also publish this, I hope you do not mind. (Plus you didn’t tell me you wanted this to be private or not.) I want to take this opportunity to explain why I don’t do third party readings. Before, I would just explain that I was uncomfortable. But, there’s a little more to it. (For the record, this explanation is for everyone who comes into my ask box for a reading. Not just you.)

I don’t have the person’s permission for this reading and to me that is against my own morals. I find it rude, I find it violating, and I find it down right wrong. I also have NO way of knowing if you have their permission as well–if this was face to face and they were with you for the reading, then that’s a different story. However, they’re not so I do not do third party readings. Spirit companions and deities are different in this category–which is all stated in my guidelines. 

Now that I’ve said that, it’s time for some Story Time with Rose.

A couple of weeks ago, the Sunday before my birthday, we went to a metaphysical shop near where I live. We went and started looking around, enjoying what they had in stock. From the books to the crystals to the decks. As my bro and I were looking at the decks–which they even had demo decks for people to try out (which to me, is a mixed blessing)–I suddenly got overwhelmed by someone trying to read me.

And, if you’re any kind of energy in-tuned, you know how this feels and it’s NOT a good feeling. You get this pressure, you get dizzy, you get disoriented to the point of almost not being able to fucking stand on two feet. It happened to me the first time three years ago by someone I used to trust. It is the WORST godsdamn feeling I’ve ever come into contact with. Now, a complete stranger is doing the same? Oh, hell no. We know who exactly it was–one of the ladies trying out the decks. Not only did she do me, but my bro and hubby, too. 

We know what that feels like. My bro fought her off and I purchased my book and left. I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon. Now, imagine this when people do third party readings on other people here on tumblr because you need to know how X feels, thinks, or wants to say to you. 

Let me just tell you: It’s not gonna feel very good. 

So, when these questions pop up, it makes me cringe. I’ve been instantly deleting them because the last person who “read” my guidelines–very poorly I might add–came in with a third party reading. I politely explained my guidelines, sent the link, and told her to have a nice day. She returned with a rude and condescending ask. 

And this is why most questions that come into my ask box get instantly deleted. Y’all can thank those wonderfully rude people for that courtesy. So, please read my guidelines thoroughly. Do not skim through them. They are there for a reason.

With ALL of that said, when it comes to figuring out what your partner thinks etc., the BEST way to do it is to TALK TO THEM ABOUT IT. I cannot stress that enough! A reading is NOT going to give what you want. Trust me on this.

I’m thirty years old, y’all. I’ve been in a relationship for ELEVEN (11) years. My husband and I went through ALL of that and more. My advice comes from EXPERIENCE. Now if you take that advice, that is up to you. Not me. It’s up to you if you grow or not. COMMUNICATION. IS. KEY. Love is KEY.

Anyway, so sorry for the long post but I felt it needed to be said. Keep this in mind if you go to another diviner as well. Their morals might be different or they might be the same. 

Please Respect my rules, guidelines, and my morals and stop asking me for obvious third party readings. Especially when I’ve put it out in black and white in my rules and guidelines.
