Kind of embarrassed to admit that I primarily know most Classical Greek stories from references in media and memes and not actually reading or studying them. (Apparently the only time the education system I went through covered Greek mythology was in the second semester of eighth grade, when I was out of school to avoid bullying and to deal with a case of clinical depression (though it was the 80s so the depression was dismissed as “teen moodiness” 🙄))
There is so much where our present knowledge and understanding can take us. There are still many gaps in our understanding and knowledge that exists. We call these gaps mysteries or unexplained. It is hoped that in the millennia to come some of the gap in our knowledge may shrink.
It is possible that certain things the human mind would not comprehend and would always be a mystery to us. Even so there may be hoped to bridge that gap through an intermediary intelligence. An interface of discovering our blind side of the universe. The intermediary will turn darkness in to light by explaining to us in a way that we can understand.
So we endevour to understand our present gap in our knowledge and see where the answers may lie in the future.
