Modular, interesting, but not hard. Two things (or is it three) that make this an excellent blanket project! Depending on your needs, you can make it bigger or smaller; as knitted in Powder River DK yarn, both dyed and undyed from Mountain Meadow Wool, each square is approximately 16" / 40.6 cm.
