Did some hard-for-me stuff today and despite things still happening I survived. Started the day telling God some of my frustrations. Then went for a run a little teary eyed with Him and Abbi and the day just wasn’t quite as troublesome after that. God really wants to get into the middle of your sticky mess-of-a-life when you allow Him. (How many years has it taken me to really learn this?! 😉) So here I am sitting in 100 degree weather just soaking it in, waiting for my husband to get home from work, knitting a doll leg lol while sipping my iced pink drink. Putting troubles aside for God to hold works so much better than figuring them out in my head.
