You and niall are at the hospital because you’re getting a toe transplant.“im so nervous” you say “Dont be. Youre gonna pull through this.” You go into operation anf come out successful and run out to tell Niall but hes not there. You find a toe shaped card.“Sorry I couldn’t be there for you after your operation but I will always be in your toes. Forever.-Niall ” You ask one of the nurses“Where’s the boy i was with before my operation?”The nurse replies “Didnt they tell you who the toe was?”
