By the way if I’m going down/up the stairs in front of you, I prefer if you go AROUND me.
I have to be super careful on the steps because of my disability. I’m a fall risk.
It’s super humiliating to have a huge line of people just stuck right behind me as I try to use the stairs.
Please. Go around me.
I’ve been looking for exercises to help strengthen my knees (or, you know, the muscles that protect my knees) and it turns out squats are the answer (yay!)
But I also just found this video that looks like it’ll help enforce good squat technique so I don’t accidentally hurt my knees while trying to strengthen them, which would otherwise be just my luck
Excited to not be a limpy fool thanks to this man and his frankly implausible facial hair
And Captain’s only 21 years old
TW!! Eye straining color!!
Happy disability pride mouuaaaAAAGHAAAGHHHAAAARRGHHAAAAAHHGG

Gaily Life: Side Lore (10/21): I Am the Bag of Holding
Gaily Life: Side Lore is a hiking/roadtrip journal spinoff of Gaily Life (by @fallingmist-art) which is instead done by their spouse, Mythee (this blog). Together they are a LGBTAQ+ couple ticking a couple of those alphabet boxes each.
It is published (or to be published, depending on the time you’re reading this) in Project: Coup d'Œil Vol. 2 by Montreal’s Coup d'Œil art Collective.
