But I also just found this video that looks like it’ll help enforce good squat technique so I don’t accidentally hurt my knees while trying to strengthen them, which would otherwise be just my luck

i hate this i hate this i hate this i hate this
Fuck knee surgery im in so much pain and it's been four fucking months. Im so done with this bullshit. Was on crutches for almost 6 months. 7 months since I fell. 4 months since surgery. 7 months since I started physical therapy and I can't even recover totally because im not allowed to do stuff till June. I fucking hate this im so done with this shit- it hurts.
Some times I don’t wear my knee braces and I’m like hmmm my knees hurt so much and I’m so tired and sore and everything hurts… I wonder why. And then I put on my braces for a few days and sure I’m still in pain and tired BUT! Less. Less pain and tired is so much better than more pain. Who’d’ve thunk it??? Apparently not me because I’m #lazy and don’t want to go through the effort of getting them on right. I really need to just suck it up and put them on it makes life so much better. The sensory isn’t great when on bare skin but over pants the pressure is nice. TBH I should wear my ankle braces more but those things are a bitch to put on and make me tired so I’ll just stick to my hiking boots
