I mean I get that it was deliberate the switch with sweet Aranea - horrible Meenah and horrible Vriska - sweet Feferi but godDAMN

I meannn??? Is it because she can't even fathom the implications of that literal genocidal horror shit? I guess they had this Ancestor thing pre-scratch or something and Feferi's pre-scratch version wasn't 'badass' so that didn't jive with her eh just kill shit because everything is boring stuffÂ
Basically what I'm getting is if Feferi had been Meenah back in A1 they would have won? Or was it really because they were 'weak'??? BECAUSE SERIOUSLY how the hell did they lose when they came from what sounds like a goddamn utopia. THAT made them 'not tough enough' to beat the game?? Sounds fishy to me and if for real, kinda stupid seriously. Kindness, equality, forgiveness, impeccable teamwork = weakness? Come the fuck on.
I LOVE Aranea. How could they have disliked her? She explains stuff you need to know, she has the super wisdom and the healing powers and she's basically awesome - let her fucking talk ugh fucking Meenah how is she her only real friend? WHY did the others dislike Aranea so much?Â
I want to know about the ancestors and their story more and I ALSO want to know about the A2 kids as ancestors to the A1 kids!
But srsly if Roxy lives 200 years in the future of Rose then how could Rose have locked the cabinet door to the booze or whatever?
Also it is slightly hard to believe that Roxy, Dirk and even Jake turned out to be pretty well adjusted kids/survived at all with no one to care for them from basically infancy. like that broke my suspension of disbelief a bit. that's like the first time that happened. (I guess Dirk had Cal but wtf, and those carapace ppl didn't seem prone to raising babies and Jake how does he eat and not die in this wilderness and stuff).
