âťťBeen too long.âťž Is the words that slides out, a hushed tone manner so it seems.
It’s astonishing on her part to place herself in the situation she never wanted to be in. Sungkyung doesn’t know how she ended up at this place, with her feet dragged along the floor and her eyes wandering from different angles. Memorizing and observing the place, not much has changed and from the looks of it there’s people coming in and out. Greeting and bowing respectfully, a curt of nod was molded within her actions before looking away.
The first time was to meet up with a good friend after her dance practice was over. By the seventh time she visited, she found another reason to come around and it was to meet him. He wasn’t forgotten but he wasn’t forgiven either. Their relationship as friends during the time was like new found dogs meeting at the pavement, constantly at each other’s faces with bickering and words spat out in despair. Sungkyung didn’t mean all that she said, but statements crossed the lines and she finds herself feeling rather guilty for never properly apologizing for what happened.
He isn’t any better though, he’s at fault for his own reasons as well. The both of them should know that and if not, Sungkyung can retrace it easily. There’s a small thud, a noise that collapses within reach of where she was and her head inclines towards that direction. Hazelnut irises noticing another’s frames and she was certain of who it was.
Luck wasn't on her side, she knows.
âťťAh, damn. What fuckin' timing.âťž Blurting out loud, clearing her throat behind a loose fist awkwardly. Trying to clear the tension before it becomes worse. There's bitter, familiar emotions that rises within her mind and the best thing to do was to leave. As soon as possible.
