A hard day. I just had to drop my cat off at the kitty er, because he was vomiting yesterday and not able to keep any food down. I signed the dnr if he should code in their care because the chances of revival for cats with cpr is very low and it's probably even more devastating to them physically than it is for humans and I would not want to put him through that. I hated signing that and I hated walking out without him, even though he's probably going to be fine, my mind won't rest until he's home again. I need to remember to always bring a blanket of theirs with me when I do this so they have something from home when they're in a strange place. I just never want to admit they may be staying...
Anyway, fingers crossed that my boy is just having a bad tummy ache and will be home and better this afternoon...
