Here’s a wonderful testament to adding kittens to a senior cat household! Angie is a different kind of a cat. She wasn’t socialized well when she was young, and she’s never wanted to touch or play with other cats. She will tolerate them as long as she has her own space! But the most amazing this has happened with these kittens- they managed to turn her around! Not only can they have a safe no-touch game of chase, but they can get this close to cuddling while sleeping! 😻 The kittens are so quiet and gentle, which is what Angie needed most in her life. When you are considering adding a young cat to your senior household, please understand the right cats DO work out! Instead of choosing a rowdy outgoing kitten for your quiet senior, consider one that is quiet and shy. You want the pair to have a lot in common and not the kitten attacking the senior. Also I advise on two kittens instead of one, because they’ll happily keep each other entertained when the senior wants to sleep. 😸 Happy Tuesday! . . . #seniorcatsofinstagram #seniorcatsrock #kittentime #sleepykitten #seniorcatsrule #tuxiesofinstagram #tuxiesrule #poweroflove #adoptdontshop #catbehavior #catrules #meowbeauties #purrbaby #besties #adoptacattoday #catadvice #kittensarethebest #kittensareawesome #kittylove #sleepykitty #sleepingcats #snugglesfordays #catsdaily #instacat https://www.instagram.com/p/CG2x8DWnxWH/?igshid=16e521ap9j76v
