Deviant user Kittenhime has recently decided to sell some of her characters and, naturally, is giving  the art work away with the character. I don't have a problem with this, but very oddly, the price of her characters seem to fluctuate depending on how much art comes with the character. Even though she says that isn't the case, she even admitted to it in one of her journals she posted trying to defend herself. 

This entire situation is fishy, but normally I wouldn't have a problem with it. However, I've had bad experiences with her before when I entered one of her contests. Another problem popping up raised a red flag for me. Though I didn't have any evidence other than a gut feeling, I asked her to take my art down. At first she agreed and said all I had to do was ask, but after I asked she started attacking me.

The commission she's referring to is an icon I made for her. She bought that, and has rights to it but that's not what I'm fighting for. The piece I'm asking her to take down would be considered a gift since I didn't receive any compensation for it. That was a full body, full color image, something I would charge around $30 if it were a commission.

She's hidden all the comments involved with people asking her to take art down and posted a journal that she has "resolved the issue" by making her photobucket private (though it can still be accessed from the links she provided so it's pointless). However, the fact still stands that I've asked her upward of 6 times to take down my artwork, and she still hasn't.
