olivemask smiles down at honey the best he can manage. father to six, now, he thinks blearily. he's still not quite awake after dawn patrol. he never even thought he'd be able to find a mate, much less have kits, and here he is, adopting two orphan kittens alongside his own litter of four. honey beams at him, and he decides this is the perfect life for him.
he steps into the nest, curling around his mate and beginning to learn all about cloud and honey. he has two moons to make up for as a father.
