Where'd you go?
The last time I posted an entry was back when I was at The French Culinary Institute (FCI). Things have changed since. The FCI is now known as The International Culinary Center (ICC). I've moved out of New York City and am currently in Seattle. I'm working as a line cook in a professional restaurant. This sounds as if it's going 'according to plan' but why am I still feeling lost? I've been using tumblr as a way to share my pictures taken from Instagram but as I was going back to my earlier posts of when I actually wrote something, I'm reminded of why I started this tumblr in the first place. Like the blog name, Kitchen Tested, I hope to dedicate more time to this blog in sharing recipes I play around with in the professional kitchen and out at home. Stay with me.
