Ingredients:

6 oz. skinless and boneless chicken, cut into small pieces

10 oz.egg noodles

cooking oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup shredded carrot

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp ginger, shredded                                                                        

2 tbsp water

Sesame seeds (for garnish) 

Marinade

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

dash of black pepper

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

1. Rinse egg noodles and drain. 

2. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat chicken. Let the chicken sit in marinade for 15 minutes.

3. Heat cooking oil in pan. Add marinaded chicken once oil is hot. Cook chicken until slightly charred. Set chicken aside.

4. Heat cooking oil. Saute minced garlic until golden. Stir in shredded carrots. Add noodles, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and water. Stir until noodles are cooked through and fully coated.
