I really don’t know how I feel about this chapter ; - ; My first thoughts were of the 2CT and bizarre doll theories, but the more I thought on that the less sense it seemed to make. There are just too many questions when you attempt to link the 2CT to this scene, or even the ‘Vincent’s soul in the real Ciel’s body’ theory. Aside from those suggestions I have no idea what could be going on, as I really don’t think it’s a meaningless nightmare! :) 

Main issues with the ‘real Ciel’ being present in the scene with UT

If he is the real Ciel, then how is it that he’s still (seemingly) alive? Even the 2CT has a lot of basis on the idea that he should be dead.

If it’s somehow the real Ciel’s body with Vincent’s soul, that would contradict UT’s prior line of “It’s impossible to make another’s soul one’s own.”

The boy in the dream can’t be a bizarre doll. He has aged and doesn’t have any scars on his forehead which would suggest this.

If the Ciel we are seeing in the dream is some kind of new high-tech bizarre doll which functions like a real human… that probably wouldn’t add up. Not only has Ciel grown, but we’ll have to assume that UT has had the boy for the past 3 years and we have seen his recent bizarre dolls are not that advanced.
