-going into his retirement from the fleet he gained a big belief in karma and now is iffy about how he goes about being "nice" to everyone
-he has a thing about hair touching the back of his neck, which is a problem because he likes his hair a little longer but cannot stand the feeling of it, so he just puts it up
-he gets sick at the sound of ships taking off
-sometimes if he gets frustrated enough building something he just sorta, THUNKS his head against it to make it stick
-he silently goes about doing things for others, like why are we standing around talking about it when he overhears that there's a leak upstairs, or that the facade needs to be retouched, he just starts
-he watches other people's reactions to things
-the fleet cut him a pretty big check so he built a cobblestone cabin, everyone's shoe sounds sound like horse clopping when you go inside
-only has one pair of boots that are his most favorite, he's become more open to dad shoes [newbalances]
-there's about 15 bird houses scattered around his home, hes going to try an ambitious bird hotel soon
-his descendant is in jail for dismantling a fleet ship and using the parts for his bikes, he consistently gets out and runs amuck
-his tone is sarcastic at base line, but he doesn't mean it, maybe a little
