Very late thought, but remember how Kim Shin went Extra TM and made trees blossom for Eun Tak when she made blunder with weather report?
We were never showed that he could do anything to weather other than with his mood, so that means... He focused on the happiness that would be seeing her, being in the same world as her even if she does not recall him, the joy from seeing her having reached her dream, cast aside all other feelings, just dwelt on that happiness, to make it happen.
