One likes to celebrate the beginning of summer with a rollicking doping exposé. 

Jack London famously* wrote that he wasted his summer chasing women on his “wheel’ instead of “chasing ink.” But Rough Ride author Paul Kimmage (depicted here during the Tour de France of 1989) seems to want to show the writing and riding are not incompatible. But then again, the 1989 Tour marked the end of his cycling career... maybe he shouldn’t have brought a typewriter?

Or perhaps the converse: instead of a man who brought a typewriter to the end of his cycling career, we see a man who brought a bicycle to the beginning of his writing career.

Think Strictly Come Dancing without a partner, Roni Bruno is proud to be introducing the new and exhilarating Dance Fitness class FitSteps® to Dance Addiction Kimmage for lovers of Ballroom, Latin and Dance Fitness classes everywhere!

Created by the shows Professional Dancers Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite alongside six time World Champion Swimmer Mark Foster, FitSteps® combines the style and elegance of dance with proven fitness techniques to create maximum health benefits including increased muscle tone and weight loss. Danced in a Line dance formation participants do not require a partner just a love for Ballroom and Latin Dance and a sense of fun!

Having graduated from professional stage school Laine Theatre Arts, Surrey, UK, Roni spent many years as a professional Singer Dancer in London West End and Internationally, performing lead roles in various musicals including Andrew Lloyd Webbers productions of Jesus Christ Superstar and Starlight Express as well as Soultrain, Little Shop of Horrors and Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story.

On discovering Zumba® Fitness five years ago, Roni retrained as a Fitness Instructor and has strived ever since to succeed in her desire to achieve complete customer satisfaction at making class participants healthier and happier about themselves and life through exercise. Now certified FitSteps® and FitSteps® Flair 1 Instructor, Roni feels ever closer to achieving this as classes are designed for participants of any age or level, are non-intimidating, challenging, yet friendly and fun!

Roni is delighted FitSteps® has returned her to her Ballroom and Latin routes and looks forward to welcoming those who believe they can’t dance or have two left feet!
