Fittingly enough, strawberry shortcake - and I mean the Korean/Japanese kind, not French or American! God, I want a slice right now, tall and fluffy, coated in whipped cream... It’s like eating a cloud with little bursts of flavor from the strawberries. Love it. Even my favorite ice cream was Strawberry Shortcake Serenade while Cold Stone Creamery still existed.
