The tragedy in Norway..
I feel so incredibly sorry for everyone affected by the tragic events in Norway.
As we all mourn this almost incomprehensible event, let us also mourn what happens in the media and political landscape over the next couple of days, weeks and months. Let us mourn the existence of every single politician who will use these tragic events as an opportunity to quote made up "science", "research" and "psychology" as they point the finger to interactive entertainment as a culprit for the actions of that sick shooter.
Let us remember who they are. Let us remember what they say and what they do. And let's keep them accountable for their lies and disgusting populistic behavior for a as long as they seek our votes and goodwill.Â
And let us also remember that these politicians are only marginally better than that sick individual who pulled the trigger, as these politicians will knowingly exploit a tragic event like this, lie and exaggerate to the public, invent "facts" as they please and they will even have the audacity to feel righteous and good as they do it.Â
Let us mourn this tragic event. And let's mourn the statements we will see in the media in the coming period. They both tell a tale about sickness.
