Let me tell you all a story. Sometime early last year, I started tracking the "Billy Joel" tag. Over the summer, I became friends with a girl named Carly. She's currently a high school senior who lives in Washington.
Now, Carly and I have become pretty good friends. She's helped me through some tough times and I've helped her too. However, the story does not end there. No.
You see, I have gone deeper. I have infiltrated her group of friends. You see, turns out, she told some of her friends about her tumblr friend, Brandon, aka deloreantardis. And eventually, she would apparently talk about me and they would discuss me. Also, a few of her close friends have tumblrs and followed me.
Listen, I live in Virginia and I am now in the middle of a group of friends from Washington. I mean, I am friends with Carly (I sometimes call her "CERLEH"), her best friend Violet, her brother Andrew, her other friend Mehl, and another friend named Chris.
I mean, earlier today, Chris asked for advice on where to start showing his girlfriend Doctor Who. And Mehl and I have discussed the possibility of becoming pen pals, not to mention that I got her addicted to Sherlock.
Hell, I even started a comic blog where I draw little Doodles based on CERLEH and her life.
Basically, I think it's crazy how much I have infiltrated the circle of friends of a high schooler from across the country...
