This is Kill-happy. Idk what his real name is He's a curse use specialist that use to be a Curse Watch patient that a cure couldn't be discovered for. Now they bring him in for particularly nasty cases since he can just electricute everything. Kill Happy is basically a living generator so he comes in handy quite often. However he can also suck energy out of things at a rapid pace, and release that energy making him a bit of a wild card since he's not very predictable. The primary drawback is he functions like a robot, he cant hold down food or sleep unless he's completely devoid of all electrical energy and his hair and wings are almost permanently sparking with loose energy.
