having massive flash back memories of kilkivan. i even looked it up on here and 1 picture came up of the main street. this was a small town. one of the main roads to gympie or kilcoy etc went through.. the wide bay hwy.. and if i could choose to be anywhere in the world this town would be it..  ive lived in a lot of places in my life. as the saying goes. you dont know what you got till its gone.. kilkivan would have to be my go to place.. there was a freeing feeling about it.. the way the town was quiet, yet people were always around.. you may not have talked to anyone in days but you never felt alone..  right now i go no where do nothing and talk to no one. back in kilkivan which was 2006 to 2007 nothing changed except i was never alone.. if anyone happens to be seeing this from kilkivan.. please go to 10 rose street kilkivan.. take a photo of the old house for me please.. the old kitchen thats not attached to the main rooms. the block i learnt to drive on.. the macadamia tree near the old concrete water tank.. and if there is still a tree to the far left of the property near a vacant block.. in that tree the fork a little way up.. there should be my name carved into the tree.. also near the front steps.. and if i remember right on the top of the kitchen cupboards should be my name and a date. this place i will never forget.. the feel. the smell. the way it felt like home.. it has been many years of living in a town about double the size of murgon, and i would trade it all in a heart beat to just go back..
