Not including being used as magic practice (as kids), witnessing Vivians anger, etc.. things were rather pleasant. Especially more so as an adult (and teen) than when they were kids

Cleo was always well taken care of. She’d be pampered by Vivian almost all day long and as kids Vivian would always sneak her the best deserts and food 

And there’s definitely been times when Cleo was genuinely enjoying herself

she was definitely tackled lol

Cleo was very surprised being tackled and the amount of worry and sadness Vivian expressed, which really caught her off guard. She had no idea she meant that much to her

She was also quite shocked when she became clingy and quiet the following month, after being returned. Cleo’s used to lil Vivians bubbly, energetic, and head strong personality that having her act the opposite for that long kind of concerned her

Forced or not, Cleo was Vivians only friend and the only one who ever gave her attention.  Ever since Cleo arrived at the castle her and Vivian were always together. Vivian wouldn’t go anywhere unless Cleo was by her side, or at the very least nearby

When Vivians parents took Cleo away she thought her only friend would be gone forever

Vivians parents never planned to permanently remove Cleo. Since her sole purpose for being there was to occupy Vivian so they didn’t have to. But they wanted to remind their daughter of her place

Cleo was scared when she was taken away since she had no idea what was going to happen to her now. When she was returned she was slightly relieved that she wasn’t going to be “thrown away” or worse

her mom saw it more as an improvement

yes she erased Cleos knowledge of having her memory erased. But since Vivian was just a kid at the time her powers weren't as refined.

Although she successfully erased her evidence, she only successfully eased about 95%-98% of Cleos life before the castle.

Cleo sometimes had little flashes of her previous life and found herself crying without knowing why

oh yea, she was a tall kid in general
