when hearing his boisterous voice calling her out, bright eyes turn to meet the inuzuka and his faithful companion heading her way. “ ah, kiba-kun! ” hinata exclaims aloud, hurrying her pace just a little more to meet him halfway. the offer alone brings a soft, genuine smile to her lips. her teammate’s presence somehow lifts her spirits, unbeknownst to him, of course. her hand immediately reaches for akamaru’s head, running her fingers through his soft, newly washed fur.  without hesitation, she smiles wider. “ m-mm! of course! ”  plus, a break from her duties ( traditional. structural. ) would no doubt ease the hyuuga right about now.
