My heart was pumping after this! Five squat jumps every time I run up this small hill. I had to get away from work for a bit so try to do five runs or more. Hash tag #kharifit and write a post and telling me how you feel! It's a small #challenge I will keep pumping up the difficulty each time. Give suggestion! I want to get stronger as well! @stsisgold might be introduced to you in a number of ways depending on the situation, from a fashion connoisseur, vegan, all the way to poet/rapper. I'm really amazed at what people can do in a LIFETIME. I feel sometimes people get caught up in the dreams of wealth and fame. I don't think there is anything wrong with following your dreams but doing that and not growing and also losing yourself seems like a nightmare. A conversation I had with drummer @chuckpalmer he told me that he's been around people that have a lot of money, but became lazy and uninspired. Chuck has worked on #WallStreet and I'm sure he's seen all types of situations. -Life can take you in a ton of different ways, take @byjordanbrown a singer that resides in the Philly area. Making his way in the music industry learning and asking questions. All the while finding his sound/voice and is married! (The dude is 25) Who knows the lessons he will learn and experience. -I met these people by amazing interactions and I mean meaningful life enriching interactions. When you meet people and have life enriching interactions it's not just good, sometimes it can be bad, but you never forget. -I met a guy named @BillMoriartyphilly music engeneer/father/awesome dude that once worked in @milkboystudio that was once owned by Larry Gold a cellist. Around that time I was working with @questlove of @theroots Bill told @officialRJD2 about me. RJ is a artist/ music producer that could be an electronic engeener if he wanted. I guess I'm saying a few things, but just... get out and live life, be good, #bekind, #learn, follow a good #dream, promote #goodness, help the world, check your ego, find a balance. Create meaningful things because I love to see them and other people do to. It really enriches all of us to see awesome positive creative things, to be a force of good and positive perspective. This is a goal of mine everyday I wake. So when bad things come my way I know I've got a lot of good to appreciate. Getting ready for two more shows this weekend, they are both private shows but I hope to have some open to everyone soon.
