Hands down, Keye Luke's performance as the sightless Master Po was what I loved the most about the series watching it as a kid.  He was SUCH a bad ass.  Plus, he's the one that introduced us to "Young Grasshopper".  That particular scene -- in which he proved that being blind wasn't a disability -- blew my mind as a child. After asking the young Caine to close his eyes and tell Master Po what he hears, Caine rattles off a list of the main things he hears like water, birds chirping, etc. Master Po then asks him if he can hear the grasshopper at his feet.  Caine, opening his eyes and looking down, is surprised to see the insect.   Caine:   "Old man, how is it that you hear these things?" Master Po:  "Young man, how is it that you do not?" I looooooooooooooove that scene.
