Mouth| Recipe: Avocado Key Lime Filling/Pudding

Ingredients
2 Ripe avocados (Pitted, Peeled, & Chopped)
1 8oz package Cream cheese or neufchatel
1-3 cups Plain greek yogurt, sour cream, or canned coconut milk
1-2 Limes (for juice) or use a concentrate to taste
1 tsp Lime zest (optional)
1-2 cups Honey (or substitute your preferred sweetener)
1 Egg (optional)
1-4 oz Tequila to taste (optional)
1-2 tsp Vanilla to taste
1 tbsp Coconut oil (optional)
1 Graham cracker pie crust (optional)
Instructions
1. Toss everything in a food processor or blender and blend till smooth.

2. Place contents in pie shell or baking dish and place entire dish in a cookie sheet filled with water.
3. Bake at 325F-350F for 20 minutes.
Pudding should jiggle. Set out to cool for an hour and chill in fridge for four hours, but
flavor is best if left overnight!
