Re-do's and Fixes
I am extremely disappointed. I hate it when you have these expectations of a product, and then you do it on your clients and they don't like the results and then you have to fix it. I am so disappointed with the Kenra smooth. It worked on the first client I tried it on. She still loves it. But somehow every client after that hasn't like the results. So disappointing because it was a waste of my time and effort. And before anyone says, "it's a learning experience", well it's not! It's not worth the time and effort. The procedure takes as a little more time than the Brazilian Blowout; and thats a lot of time to book out to re-do it. I don't recommend the Kenra smooth on a client who had amazing results with the Brazilian Blowout. All those clients will not be satisfied with the results and as a stylist you will begrudgingly fix it for them.
