Kenny Lofton has been sued and accused of exposing photos of his p*nis to a colleague.
The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, was filed by Brandyn Toney, who allegedly worked with and is also proceeding with the former longtime sales representative at investment firms and NFT Centerblock Asset Management LLC and Proxime Corporation. Lofton founded and co-owned the companies.

According to the report, Lofton is accused of sending photos of his p*nis to various subordinates, including an employee who was hired to monitor his Instagram account.
Lofton's alleged s*xual discretion was the latest in a series of complaints from employees.
Toney also accused Lofton of not paying him a dime of his promised salary of $85,000 due to wage problems shortly after he was hired. He is seeking damages in the lawsuit.
After taking his grievances to the company's attorney and informing him of Lofton's inadequate progress, Toney claims he was fired two hours later.
"Lofton and his management team thought they could fire our client for speaking out against blatant s*xual misconduct and even considered not paying him for his work," Lofton said. Toney's attorney, Ronald L. Zambrano, according to TMZ. "Talk about the arrogance and dysfunction at play every day at Centerblock and Proxime."
During a 17-year career in MLB, Lofton averaged .299/.372/.423 with the Guardians, Pirates, Giants, Phillies Braves, Rangers, Dodgers, Cubs, Yankees, Astros and White Sox. He was nominated in six All-Star Games and added four Gold Gloves.
